English TranslationBefore Your face, the full moon is embarrassed. Rather, the sun of the universe too is a slave.
Our eyes witness nothing but the Truth-Divine.Oh, fortunate is the eye that beholds the Divine.
Neither do we flaunt piety nor do we indulge in hypocrisy. If we are sinners, the Divine is the forgiver.
From where would we bring another? The world reverberates with echoes of Oneness.
Nothing is ever uttered except Truth-Divine.By the lips of Goya, as the Divine is the forgiver.

In this episode, we delve into Malik Bhago, a very wealthy and powerful man who held a feast for the gods and goddesses to seek their blessings.
Guru ji was the only one who refused his invitation. It was infuriating to Malik Bhago that someone would decline an invitation to a feast; he wanted every holy man’s blessing. But the reason was simple: we are all children of Vahiguru, and there is not one person that is higher or more important than the other. Guru ji knew who Malik Bhago really was?
Listen to find out what Guru ji knew about the feast and how Malik Bhago reacted afterward.

In this episode, we learn that Guru Nanak Sahib was unlike other children in the village; he was more in tune with nature. He spent his days watching the birds and the trees and talking with all the holy men who came to the village. He had so many questions about life.
Pita ji was not pleased with his constant questioning, so he sent Guru ji to the village school. Pandit Gopal Dass, the school teacher, noted that Guru ji was quite a fast learner. A few years went by, and the Pandit alerted Pita ji that although Guru ji was an incredible student and great learner, he still had several questions about life.
Listen to what happens next ...

What role have women historically occupied in our collective psyche? Reflecting on our past, present, and thinking about the future, how do we put mechanisms into place to ensure women’s stories aren’t forgotten? To ensure they become a part of consciousness? Through this conversation, we will imagine futures in which we move beyond the mere recognition of gendered differences and enact attention on reducing gender disparities while paying homage to the strides we have already made.

Follow along as Jasleen Kaur and Pritpal Singh unpack the understanding of love through a Sikh lens; the relationship between the Sikh and the Guru — the relationship between the lover and the Beloved and love in its earthly reality.

English TranslationMy angel-faced Beloved holds the reins of the temporal and celestial worlds. These two worlds are worth just a single strand of my Beloved’s hair.
We cannot bear the allure of that gaze. One rejuvenating glance would be enough for our lifetime.
Sometimes a sūfī¹, sometimes a zāhid², at others a qalandar³;Our unfathomable Beloved has many tints and shades.
Who, except the lover, would know the worth of [Beloved’s] red gems? But our eyes that shed pearls are aware of the value of rubies.
In the memory of [Beloved’s] intoxicating eyes, Goya, with every breath; Our wakeful hearts sip on the nectar of longing.
